Updating Personally Identifiable Information
This Privacy Policy details certain policies implemented throughout TOPBOTS Inc. (“TOPBOTS”) governing TOPBOTS’s collection and use of personally identifiable information about users of our website at the URL topbots.com (“Site”).
Information Collection
You may browse our Site without providing us with any personally identifiable information. If you contact us with questions, feedback or outreach, we will collect any personally identifiable information that you include in your communications to us. If you engage with a chatbot on our Site, we will collect any personally identifiable information that you include in your chat. If you post a product review on the Site, we will collect personally identifiable information that you include in your review.
If we allow you to register for an account on the Site, we may require you to submit your personally identifiable information to us. If you register for an account on our Site, you may be required to provide us with personally identifiable information such as your first name, last name, password, email address, phone number, business address, age or date of birth, username, gender, photos or videos and password.
As you navigate the Site, we may also collect information through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons (“Site Information”). Site Information includes standard information from your Web browser (such as browser type), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address that allows us to geo-locate you, and the actions you take on the website (such as the Web pages viewed and the links clicked).

Advertising & Remarketing
We use Google AdWords Remarketing to advertise TOPBOTS across the Internet, in particular on the Google Display Network. AdWords remarketing will display ads to you based on what parts of the TOPBOTS website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your web browser. THIS COOKIE DOES NOT IN ANYWAY IDENTIFY YOU OR GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER OR MOBILE DEVICE. The cookie is used to indicate to other websites that “This person visited a particular page, so show them ads relating to that page.” Google AdWords Remarketing allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you.
If you do not wish to see ads from TOPBOTS you can opt out in several ways:

Custom Audience (Facebook). We may participate in Facebook.com’s Custom Audience program which enables us to display personalized ads to persons on our email lists when they visit Facebook.com. We provide your email address to Facebook to enable Facebook to determine if you are a registered account holder with Facebook. You may opt-out of participation in our Facebook Custom Audience by sending an email, from the email address you are opting out of, to the email address provided in our contact information. For your opt-out to be effective, you must: (i) place the following text in the subject line of the email – “Opting Out of Facebook.com Website Custom Audience Ads”, and (ii) in the body of the email, include your name and email address. We will forward your name and email address to Facebook.com with a request to delete you from all of our Facebook Custom Audience Ads.
We may participate in additional retargeting and behavioral advertising services that will be similar to the services described above.
Children’s Privacy
TOPBOTS recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. The Site and Site are not directed to children under the age of 13. TOPBOTS does not target its Site to children under 13. TOPBOTS does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that information. If your child has provided personally identifiable information, please contact us so we can delete it. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide us with any personally identifiable information.
Disclosure
We may provide your personally identifiable information, Site Information and the data generated by cookies and the aggregate information to the vendors and service agencies that we may engage to assist us in providing our services to you. For example, we may use a third hosting provider to host our Site. Such third party entities may be obligated to use your personally identifiable information solely to provide the services to us and may be restricted from further disclosures of your information.
As described in the “Advertising & Remarketing” Section above, we provide your email address to Facebook to enable Facebook to determine if you are a registered account holder with Facebook for our remarketing purposes.
We will disclose your personally identifiable information if we reasonably believe we are required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority or to assist in any governmental or law enforcement investigation, to protect our or our users’ rights or to enforce our terms of use.
We will not sell your personally identifiable information to any company or organization for their own marketing purposes. Should this practice change, we will seek your consent before disclosing information for a third party’s direct marketing. However, we may transfer your personally identifiable information in conjunction with a transaction such as a financing or to a successor entity upon a merger, consolidation or other corporate reorganization in which TOPBOTS participates or to a purchaser of all or substantially all of TOPBOTS’ assets to which the Site relate or in the event of a bankruptcy or related or similar proceedings.
Social Plugins on Our Site
We may use social plugins on our Site and may include icons that allow you to interact with third party social networks such as Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn. For example, you may “Like” us on Facebook. The third party social plugin may set a cookie when your browser creates a connection to the servers of such social networks and the plugin may transmit your data to the social networks. Your use of these social plugins is subject to the privacy policies of the third party social networks.

The Site may provide links to other Web Sites or resources over which TOPBOTS does not have control (“External Web Sites”). Such links do not constitute an endorsement by TOPBOTS of those External Web Sites. We and our hosting providers may employ reasonable procedural and technological measures that are reasonably designed to help protect your personally identifiable information from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

TOPBOTS may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If so, TOPBOTS will post its updated Privacy Policy on our Site and Site along with a change notice. TOPBOTS may also send registered users of our Site a notice that this Privacy Policy has been changed. TOPBOTS encourages you to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Notice to Users Outside of the United States
Our computer systems and third party hosting provider systems are currently based in the United States and may be located in other countries, so your personal data will be processed by us in the U.S. and other countries where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as the European Union. If you use any of the Site and/or Site as a visitor from outside the United States, by using the Site and/or Site you agree to this Privacy Policy and you consent to the transfer of all such information to the United States, which may not offer an equivalent level of protection of that required in the European Union or certain other countries, and to the processing of that information as described in this Privacy Policy.
